Well, the rush of family is over, for the time being.  We had Nani and Pop-pop visit, Grandma and Grandpa, and lots of people in between.

Curly Slide (2MB)  -   Bath Time (15MB)  -   Blue Slide (4MB)

Kate loves to give "huggies"... VERY cute Nani and Poppop came first, and the weather was gorgeous!
There's a park near us that Kate LOVES, so we went there several times "rock" climbing... I was on belay Katie needed help to get started but loved the slides!
She also loves the dirt. She's not eating as much of it anymore, but... still fascinated by it. Nani says goodbye... many tears were shed
Kate was NOT happy when Nani & Pop pop left. You can see her skinned nose in this pic. She went head first onto the pavement, on Nani & and Pop pop's watch... oops! The drama with the chimney is getting fixed here. Only another $1,900... pocket change... There's a rock pile at the boyscout park that Kate could spend all day on Our neighbor, Alicia, who kate knows as LA-LA, holding Owen
Alicia's sister, Theresa, or "T-T" to Kate, holding Owen Kate gets a turn. She likes HER baby, the one she can bang on its head. The one you have to be careful with is no fun... Kathy Holley and her daughter Merideth. They brought us a delicious pork tenderloin for dinner Merideth Holley. Her dad is my boss at IBC Buffy Grande holding Kate and Georgia
Owen is a thinker... If I had to guess, "Hmmmm, what do you think the future of non-renewable energy is, mom?" I'm naked in a sink. What can you do?... Nan Shotwell (lover of ALL babies everywhere) We had the unexpected pleasure of having Janelle Grose, Mom's cousin over for dinner on Monday night. She was a hoot... YEAH TAYLOR!!!!! Sarah Shotwell came to visit with Nan... they had pudding
kate liked the pudding Grandma didn't hardly put Owen down... just cuddled and cuddled... The archetypal grandpa... baby on the chest, reading a newspaper. Kate now colors on "Cookie and Elmo" a non messy thing... Grandpa is working with her on her letters. Which she knows quite well. In the BATH TIME video above, we just play and at 17 months knows almost the whole alphabet! Our final breakfast with G&G Robertson. I cooked!
